Hot Pilates uses the principles of Pilates, Breath, Yoga, and HIIT cardio, to strengthen your muscles and burn fat.

This class is designed for all levels and is beginner friendly. Hot Pilates is an intense full body workout that is low impact to support your body.

This comprehensive online Hot Pilates course covers over 30 exercises including some original exercises from Joseph Pilates repertoire.

In this training you will gain in depth knowledge about anatomy, alignment, safety, teaching methodology, and musicality.

You will receive a full ready to teach Hot Pilates Sequence. This sequence is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness from the beginner to the most advanced. This master sequence is specifically crafted to be low impact and offer various layers in order to set up your students for success.

You will also receive two 1:1 FaceTime/Zoom calls with Nicole Duke! and unlimited online support!

Nicole Duke has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. As a professional long distance runner sponsored by Cliff Bar she traveled all over the United States to race. Looking for a competitive edge mentally and physically she was turned onto Bikram Yoga. From the very first class she intuitively knew that this practice was so much more than physical and that she must incorporate Yoga into her training program. With no Bikram studio in her hometown she was only able to practice when she traveled and immediately started dreaming of building her own studio someday. Nicole was one of the very first certified Pilates instructors in Santa Cruz County Trained by the PhysicalMind Institute in both Mat and apparatus. She taught both privately and in many local gyms before opening her studio Balanced Body.

For over 15 years Nicole trained hundreds of clients and inspired the growth of the Pilates fitness craze in Santa Cruz. She Helped heal injuries, change bodies and minds and supported new instructors on their path towards leadership. As her Balanced Body business grew over the years she expanded from a small location in Santa Cruz to a beautiful studio in Aptos.

In 2006 Nicole life changed forever with the birth of her baby girl and life partner Nina Grace. Nina would then inspire even bigger things as Nicole's dream of creating a Hot Yoga studio was getting closer.. she realized the need to let something go to gain something new and sold Balanced Body in 2008 to a dear friend and apprentice Summer Doty. Summer then grew the studio into an amazing sanctuary of all things Pilates, Breathe Deeply. Nicole and Nina moved to Palm Springs for the vigorous and intense 9 week Bikram Yoga Teacher Training.

Nicole graduated in the summer of 2009 and Hot Yoga Aptos opened its doors in August of 2010. Nicole continued to travel and visit many teacher trainings to help lead and to teach thousands of new teachers. She has trained under some of the most knowledgable and influential Bikram instructors in the world and is forever grateful to the community for her success. Hot Yoga Aptos is now one of the most successful and innovative studiios in the world. In a huge leap of faith Nicole was one of the first Bikram Yoga studios to introduce Hot Pilates to her studio and within months following her success story hundreds of other Bikram studios across the country followed.

Nicole is an educator and widely recognized as one of the most inspirational teachers you will meet. She believes in the power of intention and in encouraging others to follow their dreams. Her mission is to inspire a body positive army of students who love hot yoga, pilates and positive thinking combined.
